The iReport page is a unique feature of iHomeMD. It is designed as a report of the iDiagnosis exercise. It has three sections: a brief summary of the user's personal information, top three diagnostic results, and 6-10 suggested questions related to the diagnosed diseases. In the diagnostic results section, the nature of the diagnosed diseases (in this example, Bacterial Gastroenteritis, Diphyllobothriasis, and Irritable Bowel Syndrom,) are briefly explained, including clinical signs and tests necessary to confirm each diagnosis. The suggested questions are derived from the results of iDiagnosis. They are intended as topics of discussion when user visits the doctor's office. Having reviewed the nature of diseases associated with the onging symptoms, users can proactively engage in in-depth discussions with their doctors about the diagnosis and potential strategies to treat their illnesses.
Addressing the suggested questions ensures the attending doctor to perform comprehensive evaluation on user's health condition. The user can choose either to Save or Print the iReport. When the Save button is selected, the output report is stored in user's account and can be retrieved at a later time. When the Print button is selected, a formatted report is printed for the user. We encourage users to print a copy of the iReport before visiting the doctor's office, and discuss the suggested questions with the doctor.
