iHomeMD has a user-friend graphic interface. Website layout is intuitive and easy to navigate.

There are five main sections: Diseases and Conditions, Drug Reference, Health Management Tools, Talk to a Doctor, and Forum. The first two sections of information are freely available to all visitors of our website, while the services of the latter three sections are developed exclusively for our subscribers.

Diseases and Conditions

This section provides information relating to diseases. Users can look up medical information concerning specific disease of their interest. Users can loop up diseases by Systems or by Alphabet. When disease of interest is found, users can go to the disease description page for medical information.

Alternatively, users can use our search engine to find medical information of relavent diseases.

Drug Reference

This section provides drug reference information. We try to compile relavent descriptive information on all drugs on market. Most of the information are provided by the drug makers without further review. Please consult with your doctor or contact pharmaceutical company directly for more information. There are three sub-sections: Medicine (conventional western medicine), Supplements, and Chinese Medicine. Database on the latter two sub-sections will be made available soon.

Health Management Tools

All subscribers will be able to access this section. Subscribers can use our service to store personal medical data and perform personalized medical diagnosis using iHomeMD Diagnosis (see iDiagnosis User Guide).

Talk to a Doctor

This section is created to provide a medium where our subscribers can consult with professional medical doctors for questions relating to their health. iHomeMD is recruiting qualified practicing medical doctors who are willing to participate in this type of one-on-one consultation. The subscriber-doctor communication will be in the form of instint messenging exchanges. iHomeMD facilitates appointment scheduling and keeps records of all past appointments for our subscribers.

Forum

The forum is accessible to all users, but only subscribers will be able to post questions and comments.
